Dear Sir/Madam, I have recently joined a company in Bangalore, but today I came to know that:
(1) In 2015, some personnel availed the second (new) license due to business relocation in the same city.
(2) After that, the license was renewed and is now valid until 2024.
(3) The first (old) license had been obtained in 2008.
However, today we received a communication from the senior labor inspector stating that the old license expired in 2017 and needs to be renewed. We are required to respond to this matter.
Please advise me on the process to resolve these issues conclusively.
