Can the company change the date of exit after the death of an employee in the EPFO system?

In the company's muster records, the employee's name is listed as "absent," but the online challan/ECR is not available for 2 months prior to the employee's death.

The agency made mistakes and is now not responding to my calls or providing a proper solution.

I visited my father's company today and submitted a letter to the employer regarding this matter. Kindly advise me on what the company or the agency should do to resolve this case.
