Request for Early Release Due to Personal Reasons
I have requested a release by the 1st week of February 2022, serving a 30-day notice period as per the clause in the appointment letter, Section 16 - Termination Notice. The remaining 60 days should be adjusted by privilege leave/payment. This request is to support my ailing parents due to the ongoing COVID situation. I kindly ask for an early release and assure the completion of all my assignments and the return of company-allocated accessories.
Manager's Response and Seeking Assistance
The manager has indicated a lack of resources and is unwilling to release me before the 60 days are completed. Can anyone provide assistance on how to overcome this and leave the company?

Abhishek, it looks like you have copied and pasted your question from somewhere. Nevertheless, please go to your appointment letter and see the termination clause. Please read your notice period correctly and serve it accordingly.
If the management is saying that they cannot release you by that time, it is an issue from their side as an employee cannot be held back on some false pretexts beyond the notice period. This doesn't happen unless there is unsatisfactory performance, insubordination, carelessness, and non-compliance from the employee's side—which is not the case with you here, I presume.
Practical advice: Please set up a meeting with your supervisor and HR contact immediately, and work on a mutually agreed release date. It is not right and legal to hold an employee back. Companies must take this matter seriously. Also, for you, please perform your duties with utmost care, diligence, and in a disciplined manner during this period.
Thank you.
