POCSO Act, 2012 for School Management and Staff - Constitution of School Complaints Committee
There should be a committee consisting of the Principal/Vice-Principal, one male teacher, one female teacher, one female student, one male student, and one non-teaching staff member. This committee must be set up to serve as a complaints and redressal body.
An improved response system and alert administrative machinery are required to take immediate action on reported cases of misbehavior.
