Could anyone please clarify my doubt about the bonus I received from my company last month? It was not mentioned in the full and final settlement, but it was already included in my CTC as 7000 yearly. Can I ask HR if I have the right to inquire about this?

A bonus is applicable for employees who earn wages up to 21,000/-, and the bonus is calculated by limiting wages to 7,000/- per month or as per the Minimum Wages of that particular scheduled employment. The percentage of the bonus may be a minimum of 8.33% and a maximum of 20%. The bonus is payable within 8 months of closing the accounting year.
Hence, you may remind your HR that your bonus is due for payment. However, the organization reserves the right to settle the bonus after 8 months from the close of the accounting year of the current financial year. As it is a part of and mentioned in your CTC, you may inform your HR to ensure you receive the correct reply.
