Salary Calculation and PF Contribution
I give a fixed rate per month, like 10,500/- for 30/31 days. However, as per the government rate, we calculate 26 days of PF salary (9,053/-). How do I calculate the difference in the balance payment of 1,447/- (10,500 - 9,053 = 1,447)?
Please help me.
