Stuck After Company Shutdown Due to Fraud: What Are My Next Steps?


Hello, I joined the company in Gurgaon in September 2020 after the lockdown. This company is approximately 2 years old with fewer than 20 employees. In January 2021, the company management went underground due to corruption charges, with the MD arrested for fraud. The company also stopped all its operations in mid-January 2021. Now, it has been 3 months since these events occurred. What options do I have?
