Good evening. We made the ESI MCR payment on 15.02.21 through the ESIC portal. The amount was debited from our bank statement, but in the ESIC receipt, it shows "cancel transaction." We lodged a complaint with the ESI toll-free number, and they informed us that some internal gateway technical error may have occurred. They mentioned that we might receive the receipt after 24 hours or the amount could be reversed into the bank account. However, as of now, neither the credit nor the ESIC receipt has been successful. They advised us to file a complaint at the nearest ESIC office.

Kindly provide a solution, please.

You should inform the local ESIC office in writing that the payment has been made and the amount has been debited from your bank account. Attach the bank statement if the payment amount does not credit into your bank account.
