I have recently joined an organization. They have a very bad reputation on Glassdoor, which is significantly impacting the closure of job openings. The management has a fixed mindset and doesn't take any suggestions for improvements. As an HR professional, this presents a challenge for me. How should I cope with this situation? Please suggest.

Any process of change has to be gradual or evolve by itself in organizations of this type. So, while flowing with the organizational current, you need to stick your neck out and make subtle suggestions to start with, to rethink strategy and make it more market-friendly. Make a covert attempt to identify elements who would support such changes and make harmless suggestions in this regard. You will have to bide for the time being, but keep your hopes alive in case you wish to continue there.
