Hi Vishal,

If you don't want to comment, then please refrain from writing any vague comments. It is not necessary to visit and comment on every post. If you do not like the article, it's best to keep your thoughts to yourself rather than expressing negativity through obnoxious words.

Thank you.

As far as visiting and writing about the column is concerned, I don't think that someone here is required as a counselor to me. Related to the article and the views against it, it is not mandatory that all should write excellent and go-getter words. What I felt, I expressed. Spending more than 8 years in HR, I wrote what I feel about the article. Hope that clarifies.

Hi Vishal,

You have all the freedom to express yourself, and so does Mili. Understood that you did not like it, which is fine. It is better that you expressed rather than keeping bad feelings inside; it helps.

Mili, sorry, we cannot change the world. I know you expect or want the other person to be positive always; let him have the freedom.

Anyway, thanks to all viewers and thank you a lot for the feedback.

Hiren - I really appreciate the gentle spirit you have shown related to my feedback. Thanks.

Mili - My intention was not personal with anyone either. It was just that I was not convinced with the article - which does not mean to taunt any being on a personal front - be it Hiren or Mili.

Hiren - May be blunt, but with no intention to hurt you with words. It was completely professional. Thanks to both of you, anyways.
