Hello Team, I am stuck in a difficult situation and feeling very distressed right now. I have signed an employment contract with a company for 2 years (though it wasn't stamped). Out of the 2 years, I have already completed one and now wish to leave the organization.

Challenges Faced in the Workplace

I am experiencing a lot of micromanagement, excessive workload, and unnecessary work stress, which is causing significant mental strain. Despite repeated attempts, management isn't addressing my concerns. I am so stressed that I have been diagnosed with anxiety and depressive symptoms. I now wish to leave the organization, but the contract states I have to pay 2 lakhs even if I serve a three-month notice period. The HR system is ineffective, and they are not willing to listen to me at all. If I leave after serving 3 months, they still won't provide me with my experience letter.

Please note: No money was spent on any kind of training.

Seeking Advice on Breaking the Bond

Please suggest what I can do to break the bond. I am unable to pay the bond money, and it's becoming increasingly difficult to stay.

Thanks a lot for your help.

I signed a bond with a company for 3 years for 2 lakhs and provided a cheque, but they did not provide the training necessary for my personal growth. I left the job after 4 months due to health problems. Now the company is threatening legal action for a bounced cheque. What should I do now?
