Hi, I joined a organisation on 13/10/15 and will be leaving on 18/07/2020 which means will be completing 4 years and 278 days. Will I be eligible for Gratuity in Maharashtra.

If you complete 4 years and 240 days of working in the 5th year, you are eligible to receive Gratuity, as per PGA.

Rule for gratuity is 5 years continuous service. Take care and complete 5 years. you must have 240 days service in 5 th year.
