Hi all,

Recently, I made a claim, but it was rejected due to the reasons "1) SERVICE HISTORY IS NOT UPDATED" and "2) CERTIFICATE A/B/C/D/E/F NOT ENCLOSED / SIGNED". The member has only worked in one company, and the Date of Joining (DOJ) and Date of Exit (DOE) were updated for both EPF and EPF. Please guide me on how to process the application.

In case the exployee was a PF member before 1995, you have to mark the `EXIT' entry for EPS at two places, one will be on 16.11.1995 and the second one the actual date of his/her resignation.

Tq all for the replies. I raised grievance in EPFO local office and they cleared that service history was updated and go for fresh claim. I again applied for the same and it was under process.
