I have worked in a government bank, and I resigned last year due to some personal reasons. I was relieved within a month after giving my resignation. Is there any procedure or condition through which I can rejoin? Please help.

Dear friend,
In government service, once the resignation of an employee is formally accepted and acted upon, there is no possibility of revocation. I think that public sector undertakings also follow the same rule. If you have the requisite age, you can apply for the same position in the same bank or some other during the next recruitment cycle.
