Hi all,
During one of our fun at work sessions playing dumb charades, a colleague made a color-based remark to another colleague, calling him dark because he had to act out the color black. We would like to know the procedure to resolve this issue.
Is a written apology to the aggrieved party mandatory? If the aggrieved party accepts the apology, does that close the case? Should management issue a notice to the colleague who made the inappropriate remark?
Thank you
