Hello seniors,
I have one question regarding paid holidays. Is there any provision in the law that a person working on every paid holiday shall get leave against it (apart from compensatory off)?
For example, suppose a company has 12 paid holidays as per their policy and an employee worked on every paid holiday. Will he be eligible to get 12 leaves or 12 PL?

Dear Colleague,
There is no law that requires you to grant leave of any type for this. The prevalent large-scale practice is to pay double the salary or provide a substituted holiday for working on a paid holiday.
