I am working in a proprietary concern. I have to produce my payslip to the bank for some personal reasons. I normally receive the salary without a payslip. I want a payslip format. Can you kindly guide me in formatting a payslip for my salary.

Thank you, Mr. Ashraf. I am a 10th standard student and have my computer project to create a system that generates payslips for employees. It's a hundred marks board project, so I just can't submit it any way. Thank you very much for this format. 🌟🌟🌟

Hi,
Firstly, your docs are very useful, and thanks for that. I have worked for an SME two years before where I used to receive the salary directly in hand and travel allowance in hand. The company didn't have any payslip or PF system.
Now, my new recruiter is asking for a breakup of the entire CTC. I can obtain the same from my old recruiter, but I don't know how to do it. Can you assist me accordingly, please? ASAP.
Thank you.

Please, can you kindly send me the format of a payslip? My company does not have one, and neither do they pay to the bank. We collect it by hand from the accountant and then sign a logbook for it. Now, I need to present my payslips to the embassy. How do I do it? Thanks in advance.

There are no deductions such as HRA, PF, etc. In addition to this, I receive some extra allowances including Travel Allowances, Mobile Allowances, and variable Sales Incentives. ESIC is calculated at 1.75% of the gross salary of the employee and 4.75% of the employer. Note: Only those employees shall be covered whose gross salary is less than or equal to Rs. 10,000/-.
PF is contributed at 12% of the basic salary from both the employee and employer sides, out of which 8.33% goes to the Pension Fund and the remaining 3.67% goes to the Provident Fund.

Dear friends,
I am working in a private company that provides engineering maintenance services to various industries. We have 30 technicians in specified industries, and we pay salaries ranging from Rs 7500 to Rs 12000 gross, based on their experience.
On the payslip, we list:
1) Basic = 4500 (same for all technicians)
2) HRA = 50% of basic
3) Conveyance = 800
The remaining amount is paid as special allowance and other allowances. However, our client is very strict about not mentioning the special/other allowances on the payslip. The special allowances vary and increase based on their gross pay and overtime hours.
Please suggest what we should mention in that place. Since all have the same designation, is there a rule to maintain the same payslip format for everyone, and should all types of allowances mentioned for one person be the same for all?
