I need a urgent help, like I was working in a startup company where my salary inhand is 25 k. So I have to make salary slip. What will be the salary break up components.

Gross Salary

I don't know what the composite allowance is.

Good morning. The thing is that there was no deduction; we were getting salary in hand, or CTC was the same. That was the cash. But for the new organization, I have to submit a salary slip. That's the question - how will I make that?

As per your startup company's policies, this is to inform you that you should not deduct any amount from the salary slip. While you must include all allowances in your salary slip, it is not compulsory to display the specific amounts for each allowance. Only the important parts of the salary slip such as basic salary, HRA, medical allowance, special allowance, and conveyance allowance should be mentioned.

An employee's CTC is 8,00,000/- P.A. in a metro city. Can any expert draft the calculation with percentages for the following components?

Monthly:
- Basic
- HRA
- EPF
- Sec 80C Investment
- Leave Travel Allowance
- Conveyance Allowance
- Gratuity
- Professional Tax
- Income Tax
- In-Hand salary

Or it would be helpful if only the maximum percentage allocated to each component is provided.
