Dear All,

We are starting a factory engaging more than 50 employees. Although one of the partners (a woman) is also a partner in another company, this factory is completely independent, and there is no relationship between this company and the other one in which she is also a partner. In this scenario, are there any PF and ESI benefits/exemptions provided to the company?

Dear Mohan, ESI is applicable once Strength of the factory crosses 10 or more Employees & EPF is applicable once strength crosses 20 or more Employees
