Visit the MSME or DIC office of the respective zone; they will guide you on the complete set required. The post is displayed from Ahmedabad but is related to Maharashtra or Madhya Pradesh (MPCB = Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, MSEB = Maharashtra State Electricity Board). Only the respective zonal DIC can provide the correct requisition.
