Dear Sir/Madam,

We have paid the ESI amount in the month of November 2018 for the October ESI monthly contribution. In this contribution, we have included the monthly contribution for employees who are out of coverage as well.

Are we allowed to remove those employees who are out of coverage from ESIC starting from October 2018? Please provide guidance on this matter.

Hi, If the payment made you cant change & remove the out of coverage employee by next month. If not, cancel the monthly contribution and upload the correct one.

no, now the contribution will continue upto march 2019, and from april 2019 you can show out of coverage, in one contribution period, (april-sept/ oct march) it is not possible
