Now that every employer of an organization is legally liable to provide protection to women from sexual harassment at the workplace by co-creating a safe and secure workplace environment as prescribed under Section-19 of the Sexual Harassment at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition & Redressal) Act 2013 and report compliance vide Companies (Accounts) Amendment Rule gazetted on 31st July 2018, please go ahead and comply properly and faithfully.
