Dear all, My question is my company show overtime as incentive and it is credited at the time of Salary payment. This incentive are payable under ESIC?

Dear sir, My question is my company give increment to employee in form of incentive. Incentive provide monthly basis. So that is esic liability on this incentive or not.

The ESIC rules consider all monthly and bimonthly payments as salary. So in your case, it would be necessary for the company to pay ESIC On the incentive amount
