Maternity Leave Concerns: Will Early Leave Affect My Benefits and Salary?

I am receiving treatment at a private hospital for my pregnancy. My due date is in the first week of June or the last week of May. However, I have been on leave since April 16th. Will taking leave before the delivery impact my maternity benefits such as maternity leave and salary? Please advise.

Hi Vimal, You can avail leave 8 weeks prior to expect delivery date. Hope you have informed your employer in this regard.
