I approached my company for maternity benefits, but they said I am outsourced by a third party, and you are the first woman requesting MB in 2017 while working under a "No work, No pay" system. They compromised me. Should I ask my company again confidentially if I am eligible for the Maternity Benefit Act 2017? Furthermore, should I appeal to the labor commissioner?

1. If you are outsourced then speak to your immediate employee who process your salary / wages. 2. Without speaking to immediate employer its not advisable to go to labor Commissioner.

You need to share with us the full details of the matter including what work you do, who your direct employer is, what kind of industry, etc
Whether you are eligible or not depends on a lot of things and it's difficult to give a vague reply
What exactly do you mean when you say they compromise you ?
