Hi Mohammed, you did not mention the period during which you worked this year. An employee needs to work for a minimum of 30 days to be eligible for the year-end bonus. This bonus is typically paid around October/November each year. Since you mentioned that you left in October 2017 (presumably referring to this year), you may be eligible for the bonus next year, provided that the company has been paying bonuses for past years. Hopefully, you will receive it before November 30. Depending on the months of service and the declared bonus, it will be prorated.

You will get a bonus for the year 2017-18, provided you have worked for 30 days during the year 2017-18. If you fulfill the criteria, then your employer is obligated to pay you on any day after 1st April 2018 to 30th November 2018.
