Dear Sir/Madam,
Regarding my issue, I joined on 1/01/2006 and resigned on 30/07/2015. At that time, I applied for EPF amount withdrawal and submitted Form 19 and Form 10C. However, Form 10C was rejected. Can anybody explain to me why?
Thank you.

check aadhar data and UAN data is match, if both are same then there is no valid reason, wait for return of form 10C by post and read the objections
Your pension claim is not rejected. Since your Family Pension Membership is more than 9 1/2 years, it is considered as 10 years, and as such, you will not be permitted to withdraw the pension amount. You will be issued a Pension Certificate from the PF Authority, which you need to preserve until you reach the age of 58 years and thereafter apply for the pension amount. You may apply for the transfer of the Pension Fund amount if you secure employment elsewhere where the PF Act is applicable.
I hope the explanation clarifies your query.

"No," you cannot withdraw the family pension amount now as your membership is more than 9 1/2 years. You have no option left but to accept the Family Pension Scheme Membership Certificate. The only option remaining for you is to wait until your retirement age by preserving the certificate or transfer the pension fund amount to your new PF Account by submitting the Pension Certificate.
