Maternity Benefits: Does Your Company Cover Delivery Costs and Offer a Bonus?


can anyone tell me if company is providing mediclaim insurance cover for delivery expenses then also 3500 need to be given as Maternity bonus.

Dear Pushpa, It is not required to pay Maternity Bonus of Rs. 3500/- if you are paying Medical Insurance coverage for maternity.
