This is to inform you that a new Composite Claim Form (Aadhar based) has been introduced by EPFO. This is a single-page form that can be used by an employee for the withdrawal of PF final settlement, the Pension amount, and partial withdrawal of the PF amount. No employer authorization is required. The only details that have to be updated on the UAN portal are the requirement for the same.
Also, the form for the settlement of a housing loan and PF withdrawal for buying a house are included in the attached PDF.
