With the aim to provide simplified forms and reports for ease of compliance and inspection, the Ministry of Labour and Employment has designed rationalized forms and reports for certain labour laws. For this purpose, separate rules have been framed to ensure better use of these rationalized forms. These rules may be called the Rationalization of Forms and Reports under Certain Labour Laws Rules, 2017.

Rationalization of Forms for Labour Laws

The rationalization of forms has been enacted for the following labour laws:

- Contract Labour (Regulation and Abolition) Central Rules, 1971
- Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Central Rules, 1980
- Building and Other Construction Workers' (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Central Rules, 1998
