Hi Seniors,
One of my senior employees submitted a resignation for his position. After a discussion, he retracted his resignation. How should I draft an acceptance email for the withdrawal of the resignation?
Please advise.
Thank you.

The most apt method will be the following:
1) The said employee will send a letter asking to set aside the resignation and to treat the same as not communicated to the employer. The letter will be sent by Registered AD.
2) The employer will also reply via letter that he has set aside such resignation.
If you want to know the legality behind this, kindly leave a message.
