This has also surprised me a little, as the word "sustainability" imposes certain socioeconomic obligations on entrepreneurship, which in turn brings in social justice while offering employment leading to "employment equilibrium."
However, I doubt if a business could possibly align with such an environment. It would surely require a perfect match between how the entrepreneur perceives the business and employees taking ownership of the work delivered. The scenario seems more academic than commercial, like "same pay for the same work done" or "same treatment for all employees." We thus reach the "usability" phase.

I am back. By the way, have you seen a TV commercial of TISCO called "Ispat vi hum banate hye?" It says the company promotes sports, supports regional culture, takes part in child and women development, uplifts Indian dance and music, community upliftment, health service, children and adult education, helps Adibasi folks who happen to be the original inhabitants of Jamshedpur, and manufactures steel as well.
