Hello, I am struggling to log in to the new unified portal of EPF using my current login details. I have attempted to log in using both the Establishment Sign-in and Employer Sign-in options. Could you please clarify which sign-in method is appropriate and explain the reason for the existence of two sign-in options? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in accessing the unified portal successfully.

Yes, we too are not able to log in and also we are not able to make the EPF payments. I too have sent emails to the EPFO, but they suggested that they are examining the issues. Hope we will have the site work as soon as possible.

Today, it was troublesome, but at the end of the day, I was able to file 2 returns. In case the employer is adding somebody, then just seed with UAN and present gross salary, date of joining, and wait for 1 day to file ECR. It takes its own time to authorize and link with the present establishment.

In individual registration and in the case of existing EPF members, when we are trying to add a new person's UAN, we fill up the UAN Number, Name, DOB, and Aadhar Number. However, after pressing the "verify" button, nothing happens.

For a new joinee who already has a UAN, after filling up the above-mentioned details, what else needs to be filled up and where? In the previous version, we used to confirm previous employment by entering the Date of Exit as well. Is there any provision here to fill up the same in this version as well?

Kindly confirm as generating UAN is not confusing, but it seems that the linking process has become more complex.

Register individual > UAN No > Name > DOB and go ahead. It will display the member details, which KYC is seeded and what name is entered with the UAN number, relation name, male or female, and mobile number. In most cases, Aadhar/bank or PAN verification is pending, so EPFO does not respond with such queries. First, link the employee with your establishment, then make KYC compliance.

Thank you very much. Precisely, that's the problem we are facing. Perhaps it's happening due to server issues.

By the way, I have one more query. In case of the first-time generation, there's a place to put the date of joining on the first page itself. But in the case of linking existing members, there is no column to put the date of joining or the date of exit from previous employment on the first page. Will these fields be available once we are able to verify the UAN? Basically, where should these two dates be entered? And how can we confirm previous employment since there is nothing mentioned in the user manual regarding confirming previous employment?

Date of joining is a must in both cases; however, the date of exit from the previous employer is not present. After linking employers can see the same from the service history of any specific UAN. Upon entering the UAN, member name, and date of birth, a screen will appear showing past records. If the present employer confirms the data, then the system will provide the date of joining and present salary for entry.

hi We are not able to make EPF payments............always after the transaction it says that the payment is awaiting from the banker like that and in the next day obviously declining the payment.

How to get the uan number for the new joined employees. And some data missed for existing employees how to complete the data ,like wise, gender, spouse/father name. Can anyone help me out

Missing data is not an issue for now; their payment would not be affected for newly joined employees. You can see their names and data in the member approval, approved, or member dashboard. Active members will show all data.

Hi, I find no option to change the nomination details in new member portal and Employer portal. Please let me know if anyone knows how to change nominations in epf unified portal. Thank you.

Nomination facility is off. EPF had given almost two years to update the data and file nominations, but very few people availed it. Now, if members want to file nominations, they have to do it physically or wait if EPF allows it again sometime.

While registering as an employer on the unified portal epfindia.gov.in, I am facing a problem with uploading documents. The message indicates that the documents were uploaded successfully but are not appearing in the uploaded documents list. Furthermore, upon final submission, a message states that either the form is incomplete or contains errors. However, when attempting to edit the application, a message appears saying, "Your Application is complete. Kindly upload the documents."

I am unable to comprehend this situation. Please provide guidance.

Hi,

I have uploaded KYC details in the EPF unified portal, but they are currently in a pending status. Unfortunately, I cannot find an option to approve them again, nor is there an option to delete them. When I attempt to upload the details again through Bulk registration, I receive a message stating that the information already exists. How can I select that file and approve the KYC details?

if KYC details are pending, after credit of contribution to the concerned employee account , it will appear for DSC verification. however if some document is seeded later, than it can be verified
