Can you tell me the process to start a consultancy service? As I'm planning to do so, I would like to know the process such as registration of the consultancy, how to get into agreements with companies, what are the legal documents required? Can an employee start his own business and still continue working?

I promise the forum that once I am clear through the process of ISO, I will prepare the whole list and system so that any member can utilize it for the purpose in the future.
