If a woman employee working in the night shift, is there any government rule stating that transport pick and drop facility is compulsory in between 7PM to 5AM Please guide.

Women can't work after 9:30 pm. If you are an IT/ITES company, then you can engage women after fulfilling certain conditions. If you are not, you need to apply for it, but in all probability, it will be rejected.
