You can submit the forms duly attested by an MLA/MP/Gazetted officer or the Manager of the Bank where you have an account and provide a declaration stating that the employer has rejected my claim form without any reasons. The EPFO should take care of the rest of the process, I hope.

PF Transfer Issue: Seeking Advice

Kindly advise on the following point as an illustration. One individual joined a new company on September 10, 2013, and was assigned a PF No/UAN No by the previous employer. Prior to this, in their previous role, they resigned, and their full and final payment was settled as agreed, with the date of exit recorded as September 30, 2013, in the PF records, as the salary was paid until that date.

However, in the case of an online transfer, there are discrepancies in the details due to the differences in the dates of joining and leaving the previous employment. As a result, the previous employer is rejecting the transfer claim.

What alternative options are available to facilitate the transfer of the PF/Pension amount?

Thank you.

Regards

The mismatch in the dates should be rectified by a joint declaration by the employee and the previous employer. You have to contact the EPFO personally and get the things done since there is no other way out.

Abbas, can you shed some light on this issue?
