Managing Remote Teams
Managing remote teams is indeed difficult, but in my experience, it can be done if you use the right tools and hire the right people. If you hire people who are comfortable as remote employees and know how to be productive in that setup, you will do fine. With the help of tools and software available in the market, one can assure productivity.

- Skype for video conferencing
- Dropbox for file and data sharing
- www.hivedesk.com for time tracking and productivity management (paid)
- www.slack.com for communication
- Hangouts for instant messaging in addition to things like Google Apps
