Can anyone suggest any format to give a proposal to the Board member for Staff salary increment. My main motive is to do it to get approval from the board for increment to all Staff.

Can someone send some points? I am proposing to the Board members for a group increment while the company is in a loss. I would like to make such a presentation where I am not requesting an increment but showing them the conditions for an increment. I mean they should not realize that I am in favor of a group increment as an HR.
