Dear Snel, There is no such amount specific rule for withdrawing the PF. But make sure the other parameters are fulfilled before submitting the withdrawal forms. Regards, Ramya Ranjan Samal

I have filled the pf form but have received a letter from PF office that my amount is less and henceforth cannot withdraw it.

Minimum 6 months contribution should be there to withdraw employer pf. pl check kameswara rao

Dear Snel,

Please check with the PF officials regarding the exact reason for your rejection. Are you inquiring about withdrawal or taking an advance amount? Which forms have you submitted? Is it Form 19 and 10(c) or Form 31?

If you will left the job before the period of six months, then you can withdrawl only PF amount not pension amount. It doesn’t matter how much amount is there in your PF account.
