Working on National Holidays: How Should Companies Compensate Employees?


Dear All, If employee work on national holiday then company given to him C-Off + overtime OR only double overtime. please answer. Regards Shubham Pandey

Working in National Holiday attracts additional payment only and it should be informed under form I as per provision. There are no any matter of C Off.
