Dear Friends,

I have recently joined a software company. It's a small-sized organization with almost 100 employees based in India and abroad. I have been asked to form an HR Manual as per the software industry standard. Please help me to create a good policy.

If you wish to write an HR Manual, please follow the process outlined below:

- List out your HR Policies.
- List out the labor laws applicable to your firm.
- List out the cultural dress code of your firm.

Arrange the above in a sequence that includes an introduction about your firm, the cultural dress code, HR policies, and so on. Remember, there are no hard and fast rules in writing the manual.
