Two basic questions, if someone can help me to get the answers:
1. What if the working hours are 5 hrs/day (or 25 hrs/week), what would be the minimum wage?
2. What if the working days in a month are 22, instead of 26? Will the formula for the monthly wage change? Like Daily Wage x 22 instead of Daily wage x 26?

1. If working hour is 5 hours a day, then divide the daily wage by 8. For example, 100/8 = 12.5, 12.5 * 5 = 62.5.
2. Similarly, if the number of working days is only 22, then the daily wage would be multiplied by the number of days worked by you or your employee. For example, 100 * 22 = 2200.0.
