Hello friends,

I do have some confusion. We have completed 12 training sessions with 120 participants, each session lasting 12 hours. What will be the Total Man Hours (TMH)?

Is it:
12 hours x 120 workers = 1440 hours
or
120 hours?

Because if we train 10 people for one hour in each session, it will be:
1 x 10 = 10 hours per session
In 12 sessions:
10 x 12 = 120 hours

Which calculation is correct?

Please provide clarification.

Training Man hours ( for industry) - 120 Man x 12 Hrs. - 1440 hrs. Training Man days = 1440 / 8 = 180 days The same may deviate for the training providers as 120Hrs. Regards L S Thamarai kannan
