Leadership Management International (LMI): A Global Perspective
We at Leadership Management International (LMI) believe that there is little we don't know, but a lot we don't do. LMI, a company born out of Texas, America, is spread across 70 countries and has our programs delivered in over 24 languages around the world. We believe that an individual is a leader in every aspect of their life—both personal and professional. The Concept of a Total Leader
There is little left to the knowing as we help in creating the doing of what we call a Total Leader. These results are achieved due to conscious shifts in one's attitudes and behavior, which bring long-lasting results as these are self-motivated behavioral changes and not just a moment of external charge-up.
Mentoring and Coaching Approach
We do not believe in training or giving talks on how to be good leaders. We focus on mentoring and coaching individuals for them to achieve what is meaningful for them in their life. We help in creating leaders with an aura of success and not just success as a milestone to be achieved, making success a journey rather than a destination.
