Ideas on the design of this program: I would divide it into two-hour sessions totaling six hours with short modules. We need to understand what the most recent work on coaching (model, book) is and how we can gauge its effectiveness.

Sachdev, look up the International Coaching Federation (ICF). There are certain concepts and coaching philosophies that can be incorporated into your module. Leadership programs also utilize them.

You can introduce the 'two-factor theory' and 'Theory X / Y' to the managers. Additionally, read about the 'Birkman method' which should provide you with some knowledge as well. Good luck.
