I have worked with major BPO companies such as Sutherland Global Services, Cognizant Technology Solutions, CSS Corp Pvt Ltd, and am currently with Tata Business Support Services as a customer care representative. I have a total of two and a half years of experience in the BPO field and currently receive Rs. 3,54,000 as my CTC per annum.
