Dear Mr. Natraj, Your query is not adequate to answer properly. Since you have not received any appointment order from the company, there is no question of anticipating the relieving orders. If you have worked for 1.5 years, on what basis was it? Whether as a casual, daily worker, or temporary employee, or through any agencies. How have you been paid your salary? Is it on a register or voucher basis? If your appointment is legal, asking for a relieving order is also legal. Please come out with the truth to enable us to give our opinion.
