How can i transfer pf from one to another company without previous employer sign or stamp ? Please help i need this, because my previous employer not supporting me..

Hi Buddy,
You can transfer your PF account to your present employer by filling up Form-13; however, it has to be endorsed by your previous employer. It is your previous employer's duty to facilitate the transfer of your PF account to your current employer, so you can ask your previous employer to do the same. If your previous employer is not willing to do it, then register your grievances with the regional PF office.
