Preparation for Starting an International Call Center

There is a saying: "Prior Preparation Prevents Poor Performance." You should first undergo training in entrepreneurship. Secondly, get familiar with sites like LinkedIn, where those who are already in this line of business are present. Alternatively, look for a consultant who is very familiar with the job. You should be ready to invest in people, place, equipment, etc., whether you have sufficient capital or financial backing available.

Before thinking of jumping into the water, first test the waters. In the call center line, there have been as many failures as successes, so you have to be very prudent in starting this business. Alternatively, you can check online to see if anybody is leaving this line of business, and you can take over. However, you should find out the reason for their business closure.
