1. Sir, ESIC is a central organization, and it is ESIC itself that has made the decision regarding the coverage of construction workers under the ESI Act, 1948. I am not sure why you are requesting a copy of the order from the Karnataka Government.
2. If you wish, you can obtain a copy of the orders from ESIC at the appropriate regional/sub-regional office where your unit is located.
